Prob not helpsul: Despite being an ultrasound specialists, i'd probably skip the ultrasound in this case... I don't think it will give you the final answer. I'd probably go with a ct scan of the chest and make sure they put a marker over the area of interest for the scan. ...Read more

Some possibilities: If your breast examination was normal, this discomfort could be due to an irritated/inflamed chest wall muscle or could be due to a pinched intercostal nerve which runs between two ribs and may increase with a deep breath and often radiates around the side of the rib cage. Hard to say.: Symptoms not likely related. Lumps in breast for male is unusual. With negative us / mmg suspect you are clear. Oily stools is unusual and if coupled by evidence of malnutrition would prompt eval for significant GI problems. Once cardiac causes of chest pressure are ruled out it is back to the GI tract to explain. Could be muscles and nerves, but seems more GI in your case. ...Read more
