Ny baby has a small loose pea shape lump behind right ear under skin. She is healthy overall. Curious.?

Very common: For lymph glands to swell up or enlarge when you get a cold or an infection. At times it takes much longer for it to resolve. As long as it is not getting bigger, tender , no fever and discoloration , let time take care of it. My baby's ear has a small hard bump behind it, I would only assume a lymph node, but she is not sick, and it doesn't hurt her when I touch it.
