Cyst: Its probably a cyst. At some point, if it grows, causes problems, or you just don't like it, surgical removal ca be done. Usually an outpatient procedure with local anesthesia. You should have it looked at by your primary care provider on be sure. Hope this helps! ...Read more

Lightheadedness: I am concerned about your symptoms. I do not see your age listed, but regardless, I would recommend see your PCP ASAP or even go to an urgent care if the symptoms are active. The presence of the lump concerns me of previous falls from blanking out maybe.
