I have a lump above my right testicle i don't know what it is and also did an ultrasound they said its nothing , what is this ? Do I have to worry ?
Don't worry...: Unfortunately, they should have told you what it is, rather than say "nothing." however, if the ultrasound was reported as negative, you shouldn't worry. It could be what is known as a hydrocele (a benign collection of fluid), but without the report i can't suppose. I would call and ask your referring physician what they reported that it was. There's a small structure up there called the appendix testis (yes, appendix testis) that can get clogged, which doesn't mean much but should be verified just to make sure it isn't something more serious, especially at your age.
