I have a lump above my right testicle i don't know what it is and also did an ultrasound they said its nothing , what is this ? Do I have to worry ?

Don't worry...: Unfortunately, they should have told you what it is, rather than say "nothing." however, if the ultrasound was reported as negative, you shouldn't worry. It could be what is known as a hydrocele (a benign collection of fluid), but without the report i can't suppose. I would call and ask your referring physician what they reported that it was. I hope this helps. ...Read more

What to do if I have a tiny lump that is painful to touch on right testicle?

Here are some ...: Is a "tiny" lump on scrotal skin or its wall or inside the scrotum? Being on or in scrotal wall, it can be easily palpated by ordinary hands; if inside the sac, a tiny lump is not easy for ordinary inexperienced hand to differentiate if it's on or inside or outside the testis, but such indeed terrifies some men. So, have the experienced hands to help you figure it out as needed. Best wish .. ...Read more

What could a lump on the right testicle mean?

What could a lump on the right testicle mean?

Lump in the Scrotum: Hi this common finding would be evaluated based upon other symptoms. Given your age, the lump is very unlikely to represent cancer. The most common issue is a scarring of the tubing in the scrotum often called a hydrocele or varicocele. Do you have pain? Swelling? Is the scrotum hot to touch? Do you feel feverish?
