Take more Synthroid: If you're following your tsh, i'm assuming that you have hypothyroidism on replacement therapy. The number is opposite: if you are not on enough synthroid, the TSH is high. If you are on too much synthroid, the TSH is low. Look at the normal range for tsh. If your TSH level is low, that means your thyroid is overproducing thyroid hormone and that could be a goiter or other thyroid disease - you definitely need that checked and treated. I was 150 tsh..After tsking 100 mg got controlled to 3.18 now taking 75 mg it has further lowered to 1.15..Should i further lower to 50 mg.?
