Lower Thigh Blister
I have one blister that's formed on my lower inner thigh. I shaved my legs yesterday but I don't ever recall getting a blister before. Could this be herpes? I do not have any other symptoms but worried this could be a symptom. I know you can't tell me any

I have stretchmarks on my inner thigh and 2 have blister like sores on the inside of them they don't itch just hurt what can I do to relieve the pain?
Friction: Within stretch marks the skin is thinned, and thus more fragile. Your inner thighs are rubbing against each other when you walk or run, creating friction which in turn causes the blisters & sores. You need to minimize that friction. Lose weight (if necessary), and buy one of those friction-reducing creams that sporting goods stores sell. Also, keep the sores covered with bandaids until they heal. ...Read more
I have a water blister on my thigh.4 days, then turned sort of flat and darkish, and feels hard and rough. It's been 12 days now. Thoughts?
Hard to say: Most blisters flatten and get hard and rough and some darken before the skin falls off, but 12 days is a long time. If you put a slightly damp gauze over it and change every 12 hours, pulling off any dead dry skin, it might resolve sooner. Hope so! ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer
My duahgter just spilled very hot soup on her lap, and now has a quarter sized blister on her thigh... Should i take her to an e.R. Or is there something i can use at home to make it feel a little better?
Simple is best: A blister is when the body reacts to trauma (burn, friction, etc) by creating a water filled cushion to protect the area. This is natural response and should be protected with a simple dressing. Change it every other day and as needed. Gentle cleansing. Because the skin is intact, risk of infection is zero. If it pops, cover with a simple dressing to protect underlying tissues. It will heal fine. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer
