See GI: From your profile, it appears you have had a colonoscopy. Depending on when that was performed, you may need another. Bleeding is never normal, so you need to see the GI again. Tough to say, but there could be several causes, that hopefully with some testing and a good exam will be found. I have burning stomach pains, nausea when I lay flat, diarrhea 1-2 times a day. Mostly wakes me up at night from the pain and some diarrhea.
Stomach issues: It sounds like you have both upper and lower Gastrointestinal problems - the nausea and pain in stomach could be virus or acid reflux. The diarrhea could indicate infection lower in the gut. If you have fever, blood in stools, then see your M.D. right away. Intolaerance...: If you have abdominal pain and possibly bloating and diarrhe after milk , it could be lactose intolerance. Cramping in abdomen can simply be radiating to the back becasue of nerves connetion and so called"transferred pain" . Kepp your food diary and pay attention to any further symptoms. See gastroenterologist: It is apparent that you need to talk to a gastroenterologist. There are i'm quite sure simple answers to the symptoms that you have. It could be that for some reason you are belching more at night because you are swallowing air. This air could then pass to your large bowel bymorning and cause problems. RLQ pain: As an er dr in a female i think of 2 more emergent things up front. Appendicitis which could include decr appetite and nausea. Or pelvic inflammatory disease/pregnancy in fallopian tube, intermittent ovarian torsion, or ovarian cyst.
