Last night I had horrible stomach pain between my belly button and below the ribs. I took 4 tums and went to bed. Today sharp pain on lower right side?

It sounds like your doctor has done an extensive evaluation. Sometimes irritation to the bowel or even the muscle can cause abdominal pain but this would not be evident on any commonly performed studies. Some conditions such as irritable bowel can cause chronic abdominal pain. Chronic constipation can cause discomfort. I am sorry that you are having pain.
