May not be related: Numbness to the face is supplied by cranial nerves that exit the brain directly into the face while PVCs are a cardiac condition which can be a sign an arrhythmia. Just tingling could be a number of things, including early shingles, but it does not mean it is shingles. It could be so many different things that we would need more for the diagnosis.
