I am female 32 years old . I have pain lower abdominal before i feel left side pain now this pain is spread lower abdominal. Pls tell me what , s prob?

Diffuse pain: See a human doc and give him/her a thorough history and detailed physical examination. That is the key to good medicine! I'd : I'd be concerned that you may have a kidney stone or some other process involving your genitourinary system on that side. You didn't mention if you had noticed any blood in your urine, pain with urination or any chance that you might be pregnant. I'd advise getting seen by your primary doctor soon. Appendix seem on u/sound in 7th day healthy. All tests healthy. Lower right side pain near groin side for 23 days. Somedays it was gone.
