Pinched nerve: Your symptoms, in particular the left leg numbness/tingling/pain/weakness, strongly suggest a pinched nerve in your lumbar spine. If your symptoms are progressively worsening, you may even need surgery. See a physician for further evaluation and treatment options.

? Herniated Disc: Time to visit your friendly neighborhood doctor to get this checked out. It may be the position you sleep in or you may have nerve impingement secondary to a herniated disc in your back. Peace and good luck.

Symptoms of bowelmovements of only mucus and jelly fish like things. Leg arm feet numbness and tingling. Upper and lower back pain. Wbc of 14.8?

Symptoms of bowelmovements of only mucus and jelly fish like things. Leg arm feet numbness and tingling. Upper and lower back pain. Wbc of 14.8?

This requires eval: Your symptoms and signs (white count of 14, 800) are numerous and only an in-person evaluation/examination can adequately assess them. I might think of some form of infectious colitis with your mucus BM's and elevated WBC count; the numbness/tingling and pain could be something entirely different. I believe the best advice is go to ER (or your doc's office if you can get in today!) Good wishes:)

I'm having lower back pain but its radiating down into my right hip and have right leg numbness on my right upper outside leg. What's my health answer?

Common: This is a very common pattern. There are a few possibilities for this pain. I would recommend that you see a physiatrist (specialist in rehab medicine) and they can evaluate you and suggest appropriate treatment.

What would cause numbness and tingling in forearms/hands and lower leg/feet bilaterally and face and lips and some random chest pain?

What would cause numbness and tingling in forearms/hands and lower leg/feet bilaterally and face and lips and some random chest pain?

Sounds vascular: You should take these symptoms seriously and see a doctor. Circulation may be an issue and chest pain is a signal to get attention now. There is no reason to ignore it. If it is severe, go to an urgent care clinic or er. Best wishes - it may be nothing serious, but don't risk your life on that.

See your doctor: That is not normal. There can be a variety of causes-both serious and not. There is no way we could diagnose you in this setting. You need to talk to your doctor right away...

If I have a pinched nerve in my lower back can that cause numbness and tingling in all 4 limbs and would it be worse in the morning?

If I have a pinched nerve in my lower back can that cause numbness and tingling in all 4 limbs and would it be worse in the morning?

Unusual: Lower back nerves generally do not relate to upper extremities. Arthritis frequently is worse in the morning. Sounds like a good neurological exam for numbness, weakness, neuropathies etc. Is in order.

I have a dull aching pain in my lower back (left side) I have numbness and tingling in my left thigh down to my knee.?

I have a dull aching pain in my lower back (left side) I have numbness and tingling in my left thigh down to my knee.?

Unpinch the nerve.: Sounds like you have a disk herniation. As long as the pain is tolerable, and you do not have progressive increasing weakness, or lose the ability to control the bladder or bowels, the vast majority of disk herniations can be treated without surgery. I recommend you get a good exam by a spine specialist, then follow instructions on use of medications, stretchs and activities modifications.

I have leg numbness or tingling that worsens on walking?

I have leg numbness or tingling that worsens on walking?

Depends: Could be from nerve compression in the spine. Your age and amount of disk degeneration in the spine will affect this. If you get quick relief after sitting to rest, then it surely sounds like nerve compression. See a neurologist or neurosurgeon for eval.

Possi. Nerve compress: Possibly either left sciatic or left peroneal nerve may be compressing in your laying position causing tingling in left foot.

I have numbness and tingling sensation in my leg when I got up to walk I had trouble and I couldn't feel it and I almost fell who should I see for this?

I have numbness and tingling sensation in my leg when I got up to walk I had trouble and I couldn't feel it and I almost fell who should I see for this?

Could be normal: You might have just compressed your sciatic nerve - the main nerve from your spine that extends all the way to the toes. Sometimes you can sit on this nerve "wrong" and cause compression and a transient tingling and numbness. If this only happens with certain seated positions, then I wouldn't worry. If you have random tingling, numbness, pain, or esp weakness, then go see a Primary Care doc.

Needs evaluation: Are your symptoms only on one side of your body? Do get evaluated by your physician who may refer you to a neurologist.

I've been having persistant numbness and tingling in my legs. Should I be worried?

Yes: Numbness should not be ignored. It could be compression of your sciatic nerve, or could be even more serious like ms. Go see your doctor.
