Several concerns: 50's male with right groin pain and swelling might have hernia. Pain patten, which includes low back pain, correlates with sacroiliac joint disorder, but swelling does not. How long?: If you just started having testicular pain with a mass/swelling you need to go to the ER now to make sure you don't have testicular torsion which is serious.
