Have it checked: Lowe leg tenderness and swelling, particularly when these symptoms are in one leg only, suggests phlebitis or even venous thrombosis. It would be wise to have this checked. What's your question: We need more info regarding your post. Low back pain from high velocity or energy injury & trauma is more worrisome. Numbness, tingling & weakness of a leg is worrisome. So is incontinence & inability to walk normally. Most low back pain from low energy injury will resolve in 6wks. Could be referred : Low back pain with radiation down one side of the leg could be due to a pinched nerve. If you injured your back, strained muscles of the back and hip can irritate a nerve or cause a herniated disc which pinches the nerve. Fortunately this can be resolved non-operatively in most cases.
