There : There are many causes of abdominal pain, it seems as if you have already seen a gastroenterologist. H. Pylori gastritis is a cause of heartburn and indigestion, sometime causes discomfort. Other reasons include irritable bowel syndrome, inflammatory bowel disease, colitis, kidney stones, gallbladder problems, pancreatitis, intestinal malrotation, celiac sprue. I would go back to your gastroenterologist or seek a second opinion to determine the causes. Each would require different tests.
