Intolaerance...: If you have abdominal pain and possibly bloating and diarrhe after milk , it could be lactose intolerance. Cramping in abdomen can simply be radiating to the back becasue of nerves connetion and so called"transferred pain" . Kepp your food diary and pay attention to any further symptoms. Gall bladder?: With no other information, i wonder if you may have gallstones. Pain, nausea and vomiting may occur with gallstones - and gall bladder pain may be "referred" to your right shoulder, armpit, or upper back. Talk with your doctor if the problem persists.
