Lower Left Back Pain Gas
I have upper left abdominal pain with gas and nausea. Lower back pain as well. No fever. Very uncomfortable?
Keep getting twinges of back pain around my waist, seems to alternate between the left and right. Feels like trapped gas. Is this a cause for concern?
See your doctor: An examination by your doctor may be a good option although if you were to get hydrated VERY WELL over next couple of days, try some heat over the back/flank areas for 20-30 min. at a time and see what happens over next couple of days then, you may improve. Good ur passing gas: Constipation can cause back pain, and you need to see why you're constipated, and resolve it. You have several GI issues, and medication you're on, and procedures. Make sure to have your doctor test your for gliadase, and possible gluten intolerance, and/or food allergies. Difficult to say: Causes for low back pain range from muscle strain, trauma of soft tissue, infection, inflammation, disk herniation, facet artthrosis, bone issues, etc. An examination is definitely needed followed by possible radiographic study.
