Lower left abdominal pain tender to touch hurts to stand feels swollen in area on period now not normal pain?
Liquid like brown discharge with cramping. Now lower left abdominal pain with swelling and tender to touch. LMP was 8/11 and normal, hurts to walk.
Should I go to the ER? I'm a 45 year old female, having severe lower left quadrant abdominal pain. Tender to the touch and mild nausea.

Could be anything: Many things can give you the presentation- from as common as constipation, ileus, partial obstruction of colon, tumor etc. If you do have constipation, get some otc medication (miralax, (polyethylene glycol) colace, sennokot etc) to help, drink more water, and eat more fibre, vegetable, fruits.
