Does not add up: The issues you mentioned do not add up and your symptoms are more likely to to psychological issues. For example Adam's apple can not block the airway, a dumpling can not choke you unless you want it to. Please seek counseling from a psychiatrist or psychologists. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats.
