I am doing exercises, i reduced pounds in my lower body. My upper body remains the same. What should I do to reduce my upper body?
Cardio Mix: You can not target the abdomen specifically for weight loss - if you have adipose tissue to lose (not everyone does), then consider an increase in cardio and a balanced diet. However, do not always do the same exercise or you will increase your risks for stress injuries. Mix things up with walking, running, biking, swimming, or circuit training. Ultimately you need to burn more than you consume.
For exercise I do upper body strength training one day. The next day I do lower body cardio. Should I do lower body strength training after 40 y/o?

Refer to answer: You do not need to a lot of exercise to loose weight. Eating right and not gmo is key to success. No cereals, whet, soy, corn, juices, sodas rey, and barley are the problems. Slowly will loose weight. Concentrate on loe salt cheese, almond and tahini butter.Also avocado, sesame, and flaxseed.
Low impact: Aquatics, body weight, or resistance bands/ tubing biking, and/or elliptical. Aquatics allow you to perform body weight exercises, but being in water actually reduces the stress on your body due to buoyancy. Once you are able to perform body weight activities then look to add light resistance w/ bands/ tubing.
If lower body exercise(lbe) can flush out inflammatory molecules from the back then lbe can flush out the steroid from esis from the back?
Haven't heard of it: Haven't heard of "exercise" being able to "flush out inflammatory molecules". Sounds very imaginative.

Forget it: Why in the world would you want to make yourself weaker? Concentration on reducing fat, not muscle, and you will become leaner and more toned.
