EXERCISE: Two years is a long time to suffer from mankind's most common ache....lowback ache!!!! I suggest that he should see a Physiatrist (Specialist in Musculoskeletal disorders) and start some Physical Therapy/Home Exercises NOW!!!!! Doubt can treat: the day that we can figure out how to control or conquer pain with "mind over matter" and teach everyone how to do it will be the day we conquer disease and live forever. Relaxation techniques, yoga doesn't hurt. Hard to teach though. Specially in writing like this. Would be awesome if we had experts readily available everywhere to teach this.
