Woke up with severe lower back/waist pain. It hurts to sit . It even hurts to stand. If i'm standing and i bend forward or backward it hurts.

This : This could be musculoskeletal in origin (strained muscle) or be a sign of a urinary tract infection or even a kidney stone, or dehydration. Have you tried tylenol (acetaminophen) or advil?
