This : This could be musculoskeletal in origin (strained muscle) or be a sign of a urinary tract infection or even a kidney stone, or dehydration. Have you tried tylenol (acetaminophen) or advil? Warm compresses? If so and this helped, then you may be dealing with a muscle sprain or even spasm.
