Why does my buttock pain which causes me great difficulty walking and stiffness in lower back get better after activity and worse with rest.
Hi, two days ago I discovered a dime size bump (fairly hard) between my lower back/upper rt buttock cheek, causing mild pain and is red on outter skin?
Have sore to touch spots on left side only in buttock, lower back, upper back, neck n chest. No injury or exercise. What could it be?
All on left side?: You're young at 28, but a pattern of spots on one side of the body suggests shingles or herpes zoster. If so, you could develop more pain than soreness.
