Consider ER if any: of the following are true: Not holding liquids down, lightheaded when standing, you have have diabetes, skin is persistently pale, low back pain turns to flank pain (6-10 in higher), frank blood in the urine or bowels, have a chronic illness where dehydration would be worrisome.
