Back pain.: It is hard to tell without adequate physical examination. This could be due many possibilities. A muscle spasm, strain muscle, kidney stone, pinched nerve due to disc problem. Don't know.: If you had a normal period since the unprotected sex than you are not pregnant. However, sexual activity since that time could lead to pregnancy. Atypical for UTI: Your pain seems to localize every except for the bladder. For this reason, I am going to suppose that this is not related to a uti. It could be bowel related. Pyelonephritis: It sounds like you have pyelonephritis/ renal infection. You could have infected kidney stones or an obstructing ureteral stone.
