I have lower back pain from constant bending and twisting at work. Only thing that helps is rent. Is this likely a strain/sprain?

If the pain: is localized to low back and you have no other symptoms, most likely cause is muscle strain. If you continue your bending and twisting without strengthening your back muscles, you can get more serious problems. Possibilities: In addition to pain management, especially if it's not helping, i would talk to your surgeon about getting new imaging. I would consider getting dynamic xrays to rule out any new instability. I don't know if MRI would add much if you aren't having leg symptoms. ...Read more
