I got an iron infusion 1500mg. Is sharp pulsing lower back pain that comes & goes normal 2 days after it? & how much will 1500mg raise iron levels?

Very low abdominal pain and lower back pain. Not all the time comes and goes. I have mirena (levonorgestrel) coil in and have done for over a year now. No periods.

No periods is common with mirena, (levonorgestrel) though, but that should not be causing pain. Other possible causes of your pain might be urinary tract infection, kidney stones, etc. See your doc. ...Read more
