Pelvic pain: Pelvic pain is complex as there are several organs in the pelvis. The ovaries, fallopian tubes, uterus, cervix, bladder, appendix, intestines, colon and rectum can all be the source. Not before unless you are using EPT's but even they are not sensitive unless you are within about five days of the expected date.

Go: urgent care or Emergency room. GI obstruction should be ruled out
Feeling gassy...: Feeling full of "gas" may reflect malabsorption of food (like gluten, lactose), intake of poorly digested food, or choosing foods known to promote gas (beans, fizzy drinks). Sometimes its more complicated--a stomach emptying too slowly, bacterial overgrowth syndrome, delayed intestinal function, partial obstruction from any cause, infection, rectum problems, and pelvic pathology outside the gut.

Pregnancy testing?: A pregnancy test, done correctly, gives a reliable result 3 weeks after insemination or sex (3 weeks after when conception might have occurred), or 1 week after missing a period. If done sooner, a positive result is likely real, but a negative result may be due to testing too soon, and thus lead to a repeat test. If a woman gets her normal regular period, then she is not pregnant.
