Likely 2 different: The tailbone pain is something known as coccyxdynia. It can be from trauma or less commonly an inflammatory condition. You are on naprosyn (naproxen). Continue until u see a spine specialist. You will likely need x-rays ; maybe MRI to eval tailbone pain.
