What comes next?: It's a good idea to have done the physio work. Now you are wondering, what next?

Let's say the pain occurs all the time. It may be the physio is not helping. In such a case, an MRI of the lumbar spine or EMG test may help determine what's wrong.

Perhaps the problem is worse with movement. That may indicate a need to see an orthopedic specialist.
