I have really bad lower back pain radiating to the front. It worsen at night but i have the pain all day. It started Saturday night.

Lie on your back with one leg flat and bring the other knee up to your chest and hold for 10 seconds, then alternate legs. Repeat that 3 times. Do this every day.
