I travel by taxi, bus, metro everyday for about 2 hours to reach my office and same time going back. Due to which im starting to grow lower back pain.

May need lumbar roll: Sitting is 4x your body weight across the lower back. Getting out of chair after 30 -45 minutes for a few minutes can help as can placing a rolled towel in the small of your back if there is no seat lumbar support. Also try seat adjustments in terms chair height & use a high back chair with arm supports.
