I have Lower back pain near the kidney area that radiants to my lower stomach area. Had urine tested and nothing in urine.
Probably not kidneys: Low back pain is most often from the muscles or spine. Kidney pain is more in the mid-back. If your urine is not infected then the pain is probably not from your kidneys.
