Get evaluated please: It's normal to be concerned about your health, ; to worry why you feel bad. The possibilities are numerous--ranging from acid reflux or a peptic ulcer to pancreatic or biliary disease ; even stress +/- migraines. Alarm signs include weight loss, bleeding, recurrent vomiting, significant tenderness. Maybe... but : Kidney stones usually cause more severe pain, closer to 7to 10/10. The nausea, low back pain could go with kidney stone, but possibly a kidney infection as well. Possibly appendicitis. Keep a close eye on your symptoms. Fever should prompt you to see a doctor. ...Read more

Need more info....: Do you know why you are anemic? Did you have a blood transfusion to increase your hemoglobin and how long ago was that? Anemia can cause shortness of breath so, if the shortness of breath is new or worsening and, if you haven't had your hemoglobin checked recently, then this needs to be done asap. Anemia can also cause weakness, dizziness. Have you had a colonoscopy? You need anemia work-up. ...Read more
