Related or unrelated: Low back pain associated with leg pain is common , often associated with nerve compression in the lumbar spine. Calf swelling, if related, is usually related to reduced leg mobility. Numbness in hands as well as legs would not be caused only by nerve compression in your lower spine--so do you have two diseases or only one? See a neurologist. ...Read more

See a neurologist: There could be many reasons for your hands/arms shaking from being deconditioned (i.e. out of shape) to your muscles spasming due to your severe pain which is trying to protect your painful areas of your neck and back. I recommend a face to face evaluation by a physician (such as a neurologist). They may need to send you for other tests such as MRIs if they deem your shaking due to true weakness ...Read more

Let me try to help: Are those symptoms are recent or been there for long time? If they recent they could indicate start of systemic disease. If negative see Rheumatologist to rule out autoimmune disorder. If still no findings then Fibromyalgia considered.
