Related or unrelated: Low back pain associated with leg pain is common , often associated with nerve compression in the lumbar spine. Calf swelling, if related, is usually related to reduced leg mobility. See a neurologist: There could be many reasons for your hands/arms shaking from being deconditioned (i.e. out of shape) to your muscles spasming due to your severe pain which is trying to protect your painful areas of your neck and back.
