I feel loss of appetite, nausea after eating, lower back pain, and restlessness?

Could be many things: Nausea and loss of appetite could really be a symptoms of severe pain itself (coming from anywhere) or could be a upper GI problem (esophagus, stomach, gallbladder, pancrease, (pancrelipase) ect). The low back pain may be related or not and is difficult to tell you without a full work up and lots of tests. Restlessness may also be from the pain. Have you started any new medications causing these symptoms?

I've been having stomach pain after eating for a few days. Now after a BM, I have lower back pain. What's up?

Vague: The history is a bit too vague to be able to identify the issue completely. If the pain persists, or if there is blood in your stool, see your doctor as soon as possible. I can say that a common problem that may mimic your symptoms is constipation. You can attempt to increase your fluid intake and take a stool softener if you are not moving your bowels regularly. This is merely a possibility.

23 years old not overweight leg pain after eating with weakness and lower back pain and constant smell of metal in nose?

Interesting: Your symptoms of back and leg pain with weakness are commonly associated with back and disc injury in your age group. The metal smell is unusual. I would suggest you see your dentist for an oral examination. Bad teeth can cause infection to lumbar disc in rare cases.

Have excessive gas after food poisoning. Bloating and at times trouble breathing maybe because of the stress I have. Lower back pain is pres?

May take a while.: If you truly had a stomach infection then it will take a while to clear. The gas is all part of the process of getting back to normal. If you are having a lot of stress besides this can contribute to the gas and GI upset. You need to talk this over with your doc and plan the best treatment for you together. Reduce or stop the caffeine and alcohol.

I do gym but don't know I have severe sharp pain in left side of my lower back. Pain increases while sitting but not in walking and laying.

Treat muscle sprain: It seems like you have sprained muscle in your left lower back. Apply heat there. Some people report better results with ice than heat. You can use both or either one. Use anti inflammatory drugs like Advil or Aleve (naproxen). Also rest is very important, Avoid bending and lifting. Also avoid exercises that cause pain in that area. If not better in couple of weeks, then see your doctor.
