Can lower back pain feel like menstrual cramps? I feel like I have cramps and may get btb but I also study and stress a lot. Help : (
Different feeling: Usually back pain does not feel like cramping. It's either continuous, achey, or sore. Cramping pain from your period is very different. Not sure what btb means. If you're studying a lot, and under stress, and not getting much rest, you could feel achey from sitting a lot in one position without lumbar support. I been having cramps like periods I have gotten test it and everything it's normal also lower back pain with it what it could be the cause?
Gynecologist: Lower abdominal cramps with back discomfort could be due to some degree of pelvic congestion, pelvic inflammatory disease or uterine/ovarian pathology assuming there's no intestinal symptoms. Not due to the tampo: You should probably remove the tampon. They don't usually cause cramping and back pain, but it could possibly be a sign of the rare infection (toxic shock syndrome). A high fever should prompt an urgent doctor visit. It may be that the menstrual period is the more likely cause of the cramping and back pain. Read more

Pain in back can be due to kidney stones or infection, but it is on the side where kidneys are located and will radiate towards groin
but commonest cause of back pain is due to muscle pain or problem with the spine and/or pressure on the nerves if it is radiating down leg

Had sharp shooting pains in lower left side Friday. Mirena (levonorgestrel) strings are shorter with cramps and persistent lower back pain.
