Premenstrual: Those all sound like pre-menstrual symptoms to me. Have you tried some ibuprofen, for instance 600-800mg? That's what's considered a 'therapeutic' dose and may relieve some of those symptoms. Could you be pregnant? A drug store OTC pregnancy test could help answer that as well. Consider mettleshmer: two weeks before your period if you are regular is the time when estrogen and progesterone ( your female hormones) are at their peak right before ovulation.
