Back pain/constipati: If you have constipation, suggest high fiber diet, increase exercise, adequate hydration. You could also add fiber supplement (citrucel one table spoon in 8 oz of water daily and titrate to goal of 25-30 grams/day). If the above not helping, add MiraLAX (polyethylene glycol) (one tablespoon in 8 oz of water drink daily). If continue to have back pain, might want to see a local physician. ...Read more
