Hormonal imbalance: Menstrual irregularities are not uncommon and anovulatory cycle is a common cause. If you miss more than two periods it would be time to see your doctor. If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time. You may consider implanted contraceptive or an IUD. Consult this site for more information on this topic. Http://www. Nichd. Nih. Pelvic pain requires and examination to help organize the evaluation. Surgery from 5 years ago is low on the list of possible causes. A complete evaluation from an Obgyn is the place to start. I have bad stomach cramps & lower back pain, don't know what it is. What do you suggest?

Clues!: "stomach cramps & lower back pain" not common pattern of symptoms in young person. Urinary tract infection a wild speculation. Patients must tell doctors: how long, constant or come & go, characteristics of pain (sharp, aching, burning, etc.), sex & age of patient, any injury, fever, radiation from one body part to another, what activity worsens. Forgot to ask this with my last question but with the gallstones could I feel lower back pain, stomach cramps and my anxiety is horrible?

Finish statement plz: Sounds as if you meant to finish with the words "pregnancy test." Is that true? If you did then, what were the results? If they were negative it could be that you took the test prematurely. Pregnancy tests are typically best done when the period Has been missed. Not before unless you are using EPT's but even they are not sensitive unless you are within about five days of the expected date. Read more

What causes severe bloating with lower back pain, and sharp pains in the abdominal?

Anything: Most people think their whole abdomen is their stomach, but the stomach is in the upper middle or upper left of the abdomen. If your lower abdomen hurts, that could be your skin, muscles, bladder, uterus, or intestines. If the upper part of your abdomen hurts, it could be acid reflux, pancreatitis, or other problems. See a doctor for an assessment. Read more

I am experiencing abdominal pain (side: lower) (severity: moderate), abdominal discomfort, bloating or abdominal fullness, low back pain, fatigue...

Some possibilities..: If one has very uncomfortable tummy pain, and is normally in good health, plus is not pregnant, the possibilities include: appendicitis (usually R lower quadrant), diverticulitis, kidney stone (very painful), constipation (crampy), stomach flu, etc... Most people with "moderate pain", more than mild pain, may need a doctor's evaluation to be sure it is not appendicitis, which would need surgery. Read more
