I am a female. I have a constant heavy feeling in lower abdomen, sharp pain on the right side during sex and lower back pain?

Right SIJ disorder: ? why right low back pain, "heavy lower abdomen feeling" & dyspaerunia. Unifying disorder might be right sacroiliac joint hypermobility disorder, which can be associated with IBS and/or refer pain to the mid-pelvis. During sex in the missionary position, the femur leverages this joint arousing subluxation and pain generation.

Abdominal Pains: Unfortunately it can be very difficult to diagnose abdominal pains without further information. Any chance of pregnancy? Vaginal discharge/odor? Urinary/bowel changes? Fevers?

Hi, well basically I've been suffering with light lower Abdomen and lower back pain with sudden stabbing perineal pain. What's going on?

Get checked.: We don't have enough information to figure out what's wrong. How long have you had it? Do you have problems urinating? A fever? Diarrhea or constipation? If this has occurred for a couple of days and not gotten better, you need to be checked to be sure you don't have a serious infection.

Pregnancy test: Well, young lady...at this point you will need a pregnancy test. And no matter what the outcome of the test...you should consider writing a book on how you guys were able to avoid pregnancy for 7 years by using straight rhythm and unprotected sex. That's pretty phenomenal. Millions of men in the world will pay very good money for your tips and secrets! Best of luck.

Black and blue mark on my husbands right side of his lower abdomen he doesn't recall getting a. Bruise and this never happens Has had lower back pain?

Consider eval: Hi, thanks for reaching out. Even with people the "bruise easily" we expect most bruising to occur in the arms/legs because in the even of trauma, we try to protect our core body from injury. Spontaneous bruising in the core/abdomen can potentially be worrisome. If it is fairly large and he has back pain, I would try to get examined by a doctor or at least speak with one soon in more detail.
