Could be many things: Nausea and loss of appetite could really be a symptoms of severe pain itself(coming from anywhere) or could be a upper GI problem(esophagus, stomach, gallbladder, pancrease, (pancrelipase) ect). The low back pain may be related or not and is difficult to tell you without a full work up and lots of tests. Restlessness may also be from the pain.
