4mo amenorrea: Hi Theresa. If def cnot pregnant, then you are having anovulatory cycles which are very long cycles. You can correct the cycles with hormones but wont improve fertility, and if u want to fall pregnant you will probably need clomid (clomiphene) etc to stimulate ovulation. Pregnancy test.: Abdominal pain isn't a great indicator of pregnancy (it's too nonspecific). Some people who are pregnant have belly pains, and other people who are pregnant don't.
