I've had 2 c-sections, and i'm a runner. I have had lower back pain and hip flexor pain. Stretching and time off running don't help. Help?!?

Nonspecific: Unfortunately your symptoms are fairly nonspecific. Potential causes range from upper lumbar disc herniation to groin pull to hip pathology (i.e. Cartilage injury, stress fracture). I would suggest anti-inflammatory meds and backing off on the running for some time. If symptoms do not improve then definitely see a physician. ...Read more
