Any other symptoms?: Are there any other symptoms aside from back pain that could suggest a urinary tract infection? Fever, chills, burning upon urination, frequency or urgency, thinking you got a lot in your bladder and you only piddle? Anyways, the only way to know FOR SURE would be to get a urine sample tested. Ovarian cyst: Pain from the very insist would normally be filled in front and to one side or the other. However it is possible to have pain in the back from the cyst. Ovarian cysts again not the usual cause of miscarriages however, you can get a hemorrhagic corpus luteum cyst which lowers the Progesterone level which leads to miscarriage. Not a typical cause of miscarriage… But I have seen situations where Progesterone levels are very low in the presence of such assist. Check Progesterone levels and supplement if needed ...Read more

Check it: Only way to know for sure is to go ahead and check the pregnancy hormones. If you are trying to get pregnant and can't, it may be worth pursuing further. If not, then don't worry about it too much. Probably would do well to use some birth control. ...Read more

Dysfunctional clots: Although if your "period" was on time, and normal as usual, it is unusual for clots to occur two weeks after a cycle at age 28. Irregular spotting and clots with cramping can indicate an ectopic pregnancy, and your "period" might just have been bleeding and not a "real period".
