Hi I have lower back pain, abdominal bloating, darker strong-smelling urine.(no pain when passing or blood) and some dizziness and light fever/chills?
Low back pain: You will need a urine test as you are having low back pain, strong smelling urine with chills. Abdominal bloating is unusual in UTI though. You will need to se your GP so that they can do an abdominal examination , urine test and if indicated Complete blood count.
