Hip with groin pain mild until constipated then pain in those areas increase with lower back and leg pain...Any ideas?
How can I differentiate whether my hip and groin pain is nerve or muscle related? Have had lower back pain, but MRI looks good.

Most likely hip: If pain happens with walking, getting out of the chair or bed, walking up flight of stairs then it is most likely hip OA. Other things that could be present is limping after long walking. If your overweight, then this is more likely.
