Keep losing control of my bladder and have chronic lower back and pelvic pain. I spot between periods and my last smear test was adnormal. Advice pls?
Could be: Many different things, from ovarian/uterine issues to left sided colon issues. It could even be from your left kidney/urinary tract system. Not sure..: You say not because cysts, but have you had a ultrasound? pain that goes to the back is often solid tumors, but you are young for that.. you may have even an infection, even low grade.. this can set up a long standing ache.
