Not sure..: You say not because cysts, but have you had a ultrasound? pain that goes to the back is often solid tumors, but you are young for that.. you may have even an infection, even low grade.. this can set up a long standing ache. Pain with sex: The vitamin d level is not the problem. Sometimes the uterus is in a position where it is easily hit during sex. Position changes can help.
