Hi I'm having sever lower back and hip pain for no reason what could be causeing it what can I do to reduce the pain?

Why no reason?: Just because you didn't have an injury doesn't
mean there is not reason for the pain.
To decrease the pain, I would try ice along with NSAID medication and rest including avoidance of any exacerbating activity
if you have no cause for the problem, you
may need to work on strength and flexibiltiy
to the affected area.
Also, check out the condition of your mattress. ...Read more
