Monthly?: Many gyne issues, endometriosis, menstrual cramps, ovarian cysts will cause those symptoms (predictably) monthly. Pregnancy can cause that. Need more info: Back pain is multifactorial. More historical information, examination & possible lab/radiographic studies are needed to really nail down the cause. 4mo amenorrea: Hi Theresa. If def cnot pregnant, then you are having anovulatory cycles which are very long cycles. You can correct the cycles with hormones but wont improve fertility, and if u want to fall pregnant you will probably need clomid (clomiphene) etc to stimulate ovulation.
