Lower abdominal pain worse when standing. Am not sexually active had a complete hysterectomy 2 years ago. Any thoughts on what this could be?
Upper lower abdominal pain worse with bowl movement. Runny stools but wen have firm there are indents. Mucus and sometimes blood in stools.
May be significant: Abdomenal pain with runny stools in your age group could indicate inflammatory bowel disease(ibd). Blood in stools is always abnormal. You need a colonoscopy at the minimum and this could tell the tale. It may be something as simple as hemorrhoids, but with runny stools, especially if there is weight loss, is more indicative of ibd. I feel sick I have right lower abdominal pain I have a history of pain but it's worse now than ever before what could be wrong?
More info needed: Persistent right lower abdominal discomfort could be due to an inflamed appendix, an inflamed segment of intestine(ileitis) or right ovarian problems. Many possibilities: You really need to talk to your doctor and be examined.
