Maybe CT: Diverticulitis is a reasonable possibility, so might be an ovarian issue. A sonogram is not usually helpful to diagnose diverticulitis though. A CT can give better info about that and can also evaluate the pelvic organs. Sometimes a colonoscopy is needed also. ...Read more
